Best Price Guarantee Terms
To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee, the higher competitor price must be available at the time you contact us, as verified by our customer service team. If your claim is accepted, we will pay you 10% more than the verified competitor price, provided your device meets the stated condition requirements. However, if the condition or price of your device is altered upon inspection by our team, the claim will be voided, as it will no longer be a “like-for-like” comparison.
Price Comparison Requirements
The price you are comparing must meet the following criteria to be considered a “like-for-like” match:
It must be identical in all aspects to the offer on rehomemyphone.com, including the total number of devices and accessories, condition, payment method, and postage method.
The comparison must be based on a fixed online price that is active at the time of your claim submission. Estimated prices, as well as prices from eBay, Craigslist, auction sites, and physical retailers, are not eligible.
Additional Conditions
Claims are only valid for cell phone trade-ins.
A cap of $100 per valid claim applies.
Only one Best Price Guarantee claim may be submitted per person, household, or business within a 12-month period.
The individual submitting the claim must be the original seller of the device.
Approved payouts will be issued through PayPal.
